Actually no, because two is all you get:

In translation business, like in so many other

human activities, the following tends to be true:

 

If you want your translation to be 

  • good
  • quick 
  • cheap

        .... you can choose any two.

 

If you want it good and quick, it's not cheap.

If you want it good and cheap, it's not quick

If you want it quick and cheap, it's not good

 

I would not compromise on quality. The other two are negotiable.
